European Commission Handbook Entrenches Controversial IHRA Definition Briefing Paper by 11.11.11

The new briefing paper discusses in detail important concerns raised by the “Handbook for the practical use of the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism” published by the European Commission on 7 January 2021. The publication of the Handbook is yet another indication of how Europe has become the arena of persistent efforts to delegitimize advocacy and activism for Palestinian rights and respect for international law.
